What is your returns policy?

Refund and returns policy

Returned goods must be received within 21 days of delivery for your refund to be processed.

If goods are returned after 21 days of delivery (except for faulty or damaged goods), NUTRAFITUK reserves the right not to offer you a full refund. We may instead return your purchase to you and invoice you for the delivery fee applicable to the product and your location.
No refund or exchange will be given without proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or dispatch note).

Refunds will only be authorized providing goods are returned in their original condition. Opened packages will void any refund.

If goods are returned because you changed your mind, returns will be at your expense.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged or faulty, please return the goods to us, providing evidence of the cost of postage by email. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund for goods and postage.

Regrettably, if you do not like the taste of a product, this is not a qualifying reason for a refunded return since this is out of our control. Exceptions only if there is evidence that the product is defective, in which case the above damaged goods refund policy will apply. We value your opinion so either way, please do let us know of any issue by sending an email to [email protected].

Refund and returns procedure

When returning your goods, please include the following information in the return’s parcel/box, and/or by email at [email protected]:

reason for return
order number
full name
date of order
details of product(s) (name and quantity)
preferred outcome (exchange, refund, other)
a copy of the return postage receipt in the event that the return qualifies for refunded postage.

We recommend returning items via tracked or recorded delivery and in their original packaging to ensure goods are not damaged on the return.

What are your delivery terms?

We ship within 1 day of receipt of your order and use a 48-hour tracked delivery service (not guaranteed). This service is free of charge with no minimum spend. Available for UK orders only.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards or payments via PayPal.

Do you price match?

In the unlikely event that you should find a product being sold for less elsewhere (including delivery costs), please do let us know and we will gladly review and do what we can to secure your business.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday – Saturday, 8am – 5pm. Please note that if an email or order is received out of office hours then it might not be processed until the next working day.

Can you offer any health or medical advice?

We operate as an online supply store only and are not qualified to offer nutritional or medical advice regarding any of the products we sell. If you have any such queries, then we would recommend you contact the manufacturer of the brand directly for the most pertinent and up to date advice.

My product is out of stock – when will it become available?

We do what we can to ensure that all our regular and most popular items are in stock, but should you find that something is not available please send us an email to [email protected], including your order requirements (quantity, regular order?). We will try to coordinate a speedy stock up or update you on the status of that product. Please note that shipping may vary depending on the source of the products; goods shipped from overseas may take a few weeks to arrive.

What countries do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom only.
