Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving (12,5g) of Hot Blood Hardcore powder with 200ml of cold water twice a day. The drink is slightly carbonated, so open the cap every 5 seconds when shaking to avoid accidents. Consume one serving 30 minutes before training and one during training.
