OstroVit A-AKG is a dietary supplement created for the most demanding athletes. Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate is a chemical compound of glutaric acid and arginine. Glutaric acid is a product of the citric acid cycle, the final stage of metabolism of all organisms breathing with oxygen, often referred to as the Krebs cycle. Arginine is one of the amino acids that occurs in our body, taking an active part in the most important life processes. The combination of these two molecules forms a synergistic compound (the two compounds work together more efficiently than one). A-AKG is classified as a substance from the no-boosters group. They increase the production of nitric oxide, which causes the expansion of blood vessels during training sessions. Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, thanks to its properties that increase strength and efficiency, allows breaking down barriers previously unattainable.
