One portion of the product wash down with approx. 300ml water. On workout days: 2 capsules 30 min. before workout. On non-workout days: twice a day, 1 capsule on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.

Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, barley, nuts, celery, fish and crustacean ingredients.
