On workout days: take 4 capsules 30 min. before workout; on non-workout days: take 2 capsules twice a day, preferably 30 min. before your meal. Single portion of the product wash down with approx. 300ml of water.

Ingredients may have traces of soy, cow’s milk, tree nuts, peanuts and/or crustaceans.
