OSTROVIT BCAA 8-1-1 is a complex consisting of three essential amino acids with branched side chains in a ratio of 8:1:1 leucine - isoleucine - valine amino acids with branched side chains - primary material for building muscle tissue. These three amino acids make up 35% of all amino acids in the muscles and take an important part in the processes of anabolism and recovery inhibit catabolic processes. Essential amino acids can not be synthesized in the body, so people can get them only with food and special additives. Recommended Use

Add 5g (1 scoop) in 100-150ml of water or juice. On training days, take one serving a day before or after training. On non-workout days, take one portion after waking up
