Recommended Use

Take one portion of the product and wash it down with approx. 300ml of water. On workout days: 8 capsules directly after your workout. On non-workout days: twice a day, 4 capsules on each occasion, 30 min. before a meal.
Allergen warning: manufactured in a facility that processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and crustacean ingredients.

Ingredients

whey protein concentrate hydrolysate (from milk) (81,4%), capsule shell (gelatine, colours – titanium dioxide, patent blue V), anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; taurine, L-glutamine, vit. C (L-ascorbic acid), vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Ingredients may have traces of soy, cow’s milk, tree nuts, peanuts and/or crustaceans.
